Democracywithin The Front of National Liberation political party since 1989: (an analytical study of the political paractice)

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the concept of democracy withinpolitical parties as a term and practice as it is of great importance, not only at the level of the internal environment of the party but also at the level of the external environment in which it operates, as well as its relationship with other political forces and the central authority.

Democracy within organizations, especially political parties, is very essential in order to have stabilityin the Democratic system because there is no Democracy without Political Parties, since fightingfor Democratic Country startsbasically by fighting for building DemocraticPolitical Parties.

Andtherewas an analysis of the practices done by the democratic party FLNsince the adoption of politicalpluralismin 1989, Based on three main indicators, the first is the historical development of the party and then the transition to study the organizational and institutional structure of the party and finally the process of party decision-making.
