أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء العاملين دراسة حالة المديرية الجهوية الضرائب _الوادي- في الفترة 2016-2017

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على ضغوط العمل وتأثيرها على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة، كما تم إسقاط الجانب التطبيقي في مؤسسة الضرائب,بالوادي واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع المعطيات والبيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالظاهرة موضوع البحث، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمنا عدة أدوات منها المقابلة الشخصية وتوزيع استمارة الاستبيان, داخل المؤسسة، وفي ختام هذه الدراسة توصلنا إلى أن ضغوط العمل لها أثر على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة.

The objective of this study was to identify the work pressure and its impact on performance of workers in instution .The practical aspect was also dropped in taxation corporation of l ouad .In this study ,we relied on descriptive analytical methodology in all data and information related to the subject of the study.Including the personal interview and the distribution of the questionnaire from within the institution .In conclusion of this study ,we concluded that the work pressure has an impact on the performance of worker in the institution.
