يهدف هذا العمل في مجمله إلى توضيح من الناحية النظر ية والعملية الشروط الكافية، من أجل تمديد مؤثر فولتيرا، الذي هو صنف من أصناف المؤثرات المتراصة إلى مؤثر متراص و تام أعتمد في الدراسة على المؤثرات المتراصة والتامة
