الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح كمنبئات لفاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه دراسة وصفية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح - ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من فاعلية الذات الإرشادية والرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الإرشاد، والتعرف على إمكانية التنبؤ بفاعلية الذات الإرشادية من خلال الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى الكشف على طبيعة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات الإرشادية والمتغيرات المنبئة بعد عزل احدهما. أجريت هذه الدراسة بطريقة الحصر الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة وقدره (70) طالبة من تخصص إرشاد والتوجيه بجامعة ورقلة وتم الاعتماد فيها على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، أما بالنسبة لأدوات الدراسة فقد تم استخدام ثلاث مقاييس بعد التعديل فيها والتأكد من قياس بعض خصائصها السيكومترية (الصدق والثبات) وهي: استبيان " نسيمة بن مبارك " (2014) لقياس الرضا عن التخصص، استبيان " عبد المجيد أبو عمرة " (2012) لقياس مستوى الطموح، واستبيان " سلاف مشري " (2017) لقياس فاعلية الذات الإرشادية. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية لنتائج هذه الدراسة بواسطة المتوسط الحسابي وأسلوب الانحدار المتعدد والارتباط الجزئي، وباستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss النسخة 19 تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: 1 - مستوى كل من فاعلية الذات الإرشادية والرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح مرتفع لدى طالبات الإرشاد. 2 - توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات الإرشادية والرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة الدراسة، وأن عزل أحد المتغيرات المنبئة يضعف من قوة هذه العلاقة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إمكانية التنبؤ بفاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طالبات تخصص الإرشاد والتوجيه والتي تتأثر بكل من الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح أثناء التكوين الجامعي للطالب. ونوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة، واختتمت بتقديم بعض المقترحات الموجهة للمختصين والدارسين في الميدان.

This study was aimed to identify the level of self-efficacy, and how Guidance students are satisfied with their specialty, and how ambitious they are, and to identify the possibility of predictive self-efficacy through being satisfied with the speciality, and the level of ambition in the study sample. As well as to reveal the nature of the relationship between self-efficacy of guidance, and the predictive variables after the isolation of one of them. This study was carried out in a comprehensive manner of the society of this study wish is 70 students from the Guidance specialty of Ouargla universityand was relied on the descriptive method. Talking about the tools, three measures were used after adjusting them to ensure that some of the psychometric characters were measured (Honesty, Consistency) Nasima Ben mubarak questionnaire (2014) to measure satisfaction with specialization. And the survey of Abdul majid Abu amra (2012) the level of ambition, and Salaf mashri questionnaire (2017) to measure the effectiveness of self-guidance. After the statistical processing of the results of this study by the mean arithmetic, and the method of multiple regression and partial correlation, and using the statistical package program SPSS version 19, the following results were obtained: 1: There is a statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy, satisfaction with specialization, and level of ambition in the study sample. 2: The isolation of one of the predictive variables weakens the strength of this relationship. The study concluded that it is possible to predict the self-efficacy of female students in the field of guidance , which is affected by both satisfaction with the specialization, and the level of ambition during the university training of the student. And the results of the study were discussed in the light of the theoretical aspect, and previous studies, and concluded with the submission of some suggestions for specialists and scholars in the field.
