dc.description.abstract | L’intérêt de ce travail est la production de biodiesel à partir du fruit de chêne (Quercus ilex). La première étape a été consacrée à l’extraction de l’huile de chêne par deux solvants: l’éther de pétrole et le chloroforme. Le rendement de l’huile de chêne extraite par le chloroforme étant supérieur à celui obtenu par l’éther de pétrole, la deuxième étape a consisté en la transformation d’huile extraite par le chloroforme. Les caractéristiques physicochimiques de l’huile de chêne et celles du biodiesel (densité, pH, indice de réfraction…) et comparée avec les normes européennes. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The aim of this work is the production of biofuel from the fruit of oak (Quercus ilex). The first part of this work consists of the extraction by maceration of these fruits by using two solvents: Chloroform and petroleum ether. The results obtained show that the oil yield obtained by chloroform is higher than the one obtained by ether. The second part of the study concerns the transesterification of the oil extracted by chloroform into biofuel. The physicochemical properties of oil and biofuel were measured and compared with European standards. | - |
