Abstract: this study aimed to try to identify the relationship of achievement motivation effectively self at first-year secondary school students, We used the Descriptive method to collect data from two tools: The test of accomplishment motive for children and adulta (Hermans) and the questionnaire of self efficacy for (Nadia Siraj Jan), and the sample of the study constituted of (94) pupils., and have the results of the/study, A correlation between achievement motivation function and effectiveness, Differences between males and females in the motivation, No differences in achievement motivation Ascribe to the school of, No differences in self-efficacy, Ascribe to the variable sex and academic.
