أثر بیئة العمل المادیة على أداء العاملین دراسة حالة المؤسسة الصناعیة لیند غاز الجزائر وحدة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة بيئة العمل المادية على أداء العاملين ، التي أجريت في مؤسسة ليند غاز الجزائر "وحدة ورقلة" لصناعة الغازات الصناعية ، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات حيث طبقت على عينة قدرها 36 عامل من المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم ولأجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من spss الاجتماعية النتائج أهمها: - يمتاز عمال مؤسسة ليند غاز الجزائر بمستوى متوسط من الأداء. - اهتمام الشركة ببيئة العمل المادية اهتمام متوسط وغير كافي.- العلاقة الارتباطية بين بيئة العمل المادية كمتغير مستقل وأداء العاملين كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية قوية أهم بعدين في بيئة العمل المادية أكثر تأثير على فعالية أداء العاملين هما: استخدامات العدد (المعدات) والأدوات المكائن وأسطح العمل. - لا يوجد ارتباط ذو دلالة إحصائية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول أداء العاملين تعزى لاختلاف خصائصهم الشخص

The objective of this study was to find out the impact of the physical work environment on the performance of the Lind Gas Est. Algeria the Ouargla industrial Gas industry unit the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting the data , it was applied to a sample of 36wokers from the study institution, using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) in order to test the hypothesis of the study was used descriptive analytical method, and the study reached a number of results and most important : -the workers of the Lind Gaz corporation in Algeria have an average level of performance, -the company’s interest in physical work environment is mediocre and insufficient - The correlative relationship between the physical work environment as an independent variable and the performance of employees as a dependent variable is a strong positive relationship. The two most important dimensions in the physical work environment have the most impact on the efficiency of the performance of the workers: the use of the number (equipment), tools, machines and work surfaces. -There is no statistically significant correlation to the responses of the study sample members on the performance of employees due to their different characteristics
