|Abstract:||This study seeks to find out the impact of administrative control over the performance of employees in the institution that the control is an effective tool which are recognized to follow up on the performance and achievements of the workers and make sure that the activity of the institution proceeding according to plans ruler, is also working on the correct execution path and detect errors that impede actual performance in order to improve and develop in the light of the objectives and plans of the party organization. Through the study was to identify the nature of management control within the institution building to the south and south-large and important regulatory methods and techniques used and the most important pros and cons facing the regulatory process. As This study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by workers and management at the same time and the interest of workers in achieving the desired objectives have also been dropping the contents of the theoretical side on the institution building of the South and the South to large and to achieve this goal researcher used several tools, including a personal interview and observation and the distribution of questionnaires to Enterprise worker|
