المعلومات المحاسبية وأثرها على الأسعار السوقية للمؤسسات المدرجة في سوق دبي المالي 2007-2014

Abstract

إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو توضيح أثر مجموعة من المعلومات المحاسبية على أسعار أسهم المؤسسات المدرجة في سوق دبي للأوراق المالية خلال الفترة 2007 – 2014 وبالتحديد لعينة من الشركات الأكثر نشاطا حسب : قيمة التداول، حجم التداول و عدد الصفقات المنفذة، وهذا لمحاولة بناء نموذج يفيد المستثمرين في التحديد العادل للسعر السوقي للسهم بالإعتماد على المعلومات المحاسبية ، ما سيساعدهم على عملية إتخاذ القرارت، بالإعتماد على أسلوبي الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد في الدراسة. توصلت نتائج الانحدار المتعدد إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات الدراسة مجتمعة و سعر السهم، بإستثناء معدل العائد على حقوق المساهمين.

The aim of this study is to clarify the impact of Accounting information on the shares prices for companies listed in Dubai Stock Exchange, during the period 2007 – 2014, especially for the most active companies by: trading value, trading volume and the numbers of trades. In order to build a useful model for investors to specify the share’s price using financial indicators, which they may help them in decision Investor decisions, for that we used multi-linear regression model and Simple-linear. We concluded by using the Simple-linear regression model that there is a relationship between two variables only and the share price, While we noted by the multiple linear regression results that there is statistically significant relationship between all the variables of the study and the share price, except the rate of return on equity.
