Abstract

realized the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance in industrial enterprises ability to achieve the availability, reliability, and high reliability of the machines, and the ability to control maintenance costs. To ensure this situation the organization need to find a way to track the performance of maintenance operations and results. This is achieved by creating and identifying indicators to measure the performance of maintenance to be able to highlight the gaps that occur in policy and maintenance work. The aim of this study is to identify and develop a structure to measure the performance of maintenance for the maintenance department on the Regional Directorate of Production - Basin Berkaoui -Foundation's Sonatrach, in order to provide a basis for decision-making related to maintenance. Concluded conclusions reached and there are gaps in the performance of maintenance organization than twice the method planning and the absence of prominent studies on the failures Analysis and potential to replace machines, in addition to the emergence of fragile policy followed for maintenance activity. The study gave a range of solutions are as suggestions to cover gaps in performance in order to raise the performance of the maintenance on the organization

تتحقق فعالية و كفاءة الصيانة في المؤسسات الصناعية بقدرتها على تحقيق اتاحية ك موثوقية عالية للآلات، وقدرة على التحكم في تكاليف الصيانة. لضمان هىذه الوضعية تحتاج المؤسسة إلى سبيل لتعقب أداء عمليات الصيانة ك نتائجها. و هذا ما يتحقق عن طريق خلق وتحديد مؤشرات لقياس أداء الصيانة تكون قادرة على إبراز الفجوات التي تحدثث في سياسة و أعمال الصيانة.هدف هذه الدراسة هو تحديد وىتطوير هيكل لقياس أداء الصيانة لقسم الصيانة بالمديرية الجهوية لإنتاج –حوض بركاوي – التابعة لمؤسسة سوناطراك من أجل توفير قاعدة لاتخاذ القرارات امتعلقة بالصيانة. خلصت الاستنتاجات المتوصل إليها إلى وجود فجوات في أداء الصيانة بالمؤسسة من ضعف لمنهج التخطيط و غياب دراسات بارزة حول تحليل الأعطال و إمكانية إحلال الآلات، بالإضافة إلى بروز سياسة هىشة متبعة لنشاط الصيانة. أعطت الدراسةمجموعة من الحلول هىي بمثابة اقتراحات لتغطية فجوات الأداء الموجودة سعيا للرفع من أداء الصيانة بالمؤسسة.
