L’effet solvant d’extraction a
To determine the best method of extraction of phenolic compounds a comparison between conventional maceration and microwave-assisted extraction was investigated. The best yields in phenolic compounds are obtained by conventional maceration compared to that assisted by microwave, in the medicinal plants of O. Africana, T. Aphylla and E. alata with improvement percentages greater than 50%. The quantitative assessment of the contents of total polyphenols, flavonoids, and condensed tannins of the hydroethaonlic extracts of the plants studied show that the maceration exhibits the highest levels of total polyphenols, with maximum Reach 07.08 ± 1.51 mg EAG/g of MS to T. Aphylla. The efficacy of extracting flavonoids and condensed tannins varies from one species to another. The evaluation of antioxidant activity by the Phosphomolybdate method revealed that microwave-assisted extraction has the advantage of obtaining selective extracts, the most opted to reduce molybdenum with improvement rates of 51.03, 27.92 and 27.61% to E. alata, O. Africana and T. Aphylla, respectively. The extraction solvent effect was tested to T. Aphylla and O. africana. The data obtained show that the electromagnetic irradiation of microcode increases the yield and selectivity of extraction of phenolic compounds by ethanol compared to those obtained only in the presence of distilled water |
