علاقة مستوى لتكوين القاعدي بمستوى أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط

Abstract

عنوان الدراسة: "علاقة مستوى التكوين القاعدي بمستوى أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط" أهداف الدراسة : 1 - التعرف على مستوى التكوين القاعدي لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط؛ 2- التعرف على مستوى أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط؛ 3- التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين مستوى التكوين القاعدي ومستوى أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في التعليم المتوسط؛ 4- التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في مستوى التكوين القاعدي بين الأساتذة الذين درسوا في النظام الكلاسيكي ونظام LMD؛ 5- التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في مستوى الأداء بين الأساتذة الذين درسوا في النظام الكلاسيكي ونظام LMD. عينة الدراسة : • أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ويبلغ عددهم 40 أستاذ؛ • المنهج المتبع: المنهج الوصفي؛ • أدوات جمع البيانات: الاستبيان. لقد تم توزيع الاستبيانات على 40 أستاذ من التعليم المتوسط لمقاطعة تقرت وقد تمثلت في جداول إعادة الاختبار حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود مستوى عالي للتكوين القاعدي لأساتذة التربية البدنية للتعليم المتوسط وهذا يرجع إلى تكوين هذه الفئة تكوينا شاملا،كذلك بالنسبة للأداء أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى عال ما يعكس خبرة هذه الفئة وفهم طرق تدريس المادة. كما أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مستوى التكوين القاعدي ومستوى أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ميدانيا، كما كانت الفروق في مستوى التكوين القاعدي بين الأساتذة الذين درسوا النظام الكلاسيكي والأساتذة الذين درسوا بنظام LMD بدرجة أعلى لأساتذة النظام الكلاسيكي وكذلك بالنسبة للأداء ويرجع ذلك لاختلاف المعاهد وبرامج التدريس.

Study Title: "The relation between the level of basic formation and the level of performance of the teacher of physical education and sports at Middle school". Objectives of the study: 1) Identify the teacher's basic training level of physical education and sports in middle school; 2) Recognition of the teacher's performance of physical education and sports in the middle school; 3) Identify the nature of the relationship between the level of basic formation and the level of the teacher's performance of physical education and sports in the middle school; 4) Identify the differences of statistical significance in the level of basic formation between the teachers who studied the classical system and those who studied LMD system; 5) Identify the differences of statistical significance in the level of performance between the teachers who studied the classical system and those who studied in the LMD system. The study sample  40 teachers at middle school;  Methodology: descriptive approach;  Data collection tools: questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 40 teachers at Middle school in the province of Touggourt. The results of the study showed that there is a high level of basic training of the teachers of physical education at middle school. This is due to the effective formation of this category which reflects the experience of this class and understanding the teaching methods of this subject. The results also revealed a correlation between the level of basic training and the level of the teachers performance of physical education and sports field, the differences in the level of basic formation between the teachers who studied the classical system and the teachers who studied the LMD system were higher for the classical system teachers as well for the performance because of the difference in institutes and teaching programs
