اتجاه مديري المتوسطات نحو التربية البدنية وعلاقته بمردود الأستاذ من وجهة نظر المديرين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على إتجاه مديري المتوسطات نحو التربية البدنية والرياضية وإلى استاذ التربية البدنية والى العلاقة بين هذه الاتجاهات ومردود الاستاذ، وانتهجنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وشملت هذه الدراسة مجموعة من مدراء المتوسطات على مستوى المقاطعة الادارية لتيميمون، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وبعد إجراء العمليات الاحصائية المناسبة لذالك تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: - جاء في محور تحليل نتائج الجدول أن مديري المتوسطات يأكدون أن مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية مهمة جدا ويجب ان تكون في المقرارات الدراسية ومهمة لصحة التلاميذ ومفيدة لهم. - جاء في محور تحليل النتائج أن مديري المتوسطات لا يعطون لاستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية اهمية كافية مثل بقية اساتذة المواد الدراسية الاخرى ولا يساندوه في العملية التربوية. - جاء في محور تحليل الدراسة أن لا توجد علاقة بين إتجاه مديري المتوسطات وبين المردود واداء الاستاذ ربما لوجود معوقات وعوائق اخرى وعوامل خارجية متحكمة في مردود الاستاذ.

The study aimed to identify the direction of the directors of the averages towards physical education and sports and to the professor of physical education and the relationship between these trends and the results of the professor. In this study we used the descriptive approach. This study included a group of managers of mediators at the district level of Timimoun. To collect data and information, and after conducting the appropriate statistical operations, the following results were obtained: - The analysis of the results of the table shows that the managers of the averages confirm that the material of physical education and sports is very important and should be in the curriculum and is important for the health of students and useful to them. - In the analysis of the results, the managers of the averages do not give the professor of physical education and sports importance enough like the rest of the professors of other subjects and do not support him in the educational process. - The analysis of the study showed that there is no relationship between the direction of the managers of the averages and the performance of the professor, perhaps because of obstacles and other obstacles and external factors controlled in the return of the professor.
