علاقة مستوى التكوين في مقياس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية بمستوى أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على علاقة مستوى التكوين في مقياس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على مستوى أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية ، و استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، و تمثلت عينة الدراسة في أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في الطور الثانوي و البالغ عددهم 40 أستاذا في بعض ثانويات ولاية الوادي، حيث استخدم الباحث استبيانين لجمع المعلومات، الاستبيان الأول تمثل في مقيلس مستوى تكوين الأستاذ في مقياس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية و الاستبيان الثاني تمثل في مقياس أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية . و توصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى التكوين في مقياس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية و مستوى أداء أستاذ التربية االبدنية و الرياضية، حيث توصل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة الى وجود علاقة بين مستوى التكوين و مستوى الأداء لدى الأستاذ، و خلصت الدراسة الى ان اعداد و تكوين أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية قبل و اثناء التوظيف من القضايا الهامة التي تلعب دورا قياديا بارزا في العملية التربوية و التعليمية من اجل رفع أداء أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية و تحسين أدائه .

The study aims to learn about the level of the composition of the pedagogy on the performance level of the professor of physical and athletic education, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in this study .The study sample of the 40 professors of physical and athletic education in the secondary school was in some of the El oued state secondary schools Where the researcher used two questionnaires to gather information, the first questionnaire was in the level of the professor's composition in the pedagogy and the second questionnaire in the performance measure of the professor of physical and athletic education. The study found a statistically significant correlation between the level of composition of the pedagogic and the performance of professor of physical and athletic education, Through this study, the researcher has found a relation between the level of composition and the level of performance of the professor, The study concluded that the preparation and formation of a professor of physical and athletic education before and during recruitment is an important issue that plays a role prominent leader in the educational and pedagogical process in order to raise the performance of the professor of physical and athletic education and improve his performance.
