صورة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية كما يدركها التلاميذ وعلاقتها بانضباطهم في الحصة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على صورة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية كما يدركها التلاميذ وعلاقتها بانضباطهم في الحصة، و الكشف عن طبيعة الصورة التي يحملها التلاميذ عن أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بانضباطهم في الحصة من وجهة نظر التلاميذ ( إيجابية سلبية غير واضحة )، و مستوى انضباط التلاميذ أثناء حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية ، وهل للصورة انعكاس على مستوى انضباط التلاميذ أثناء الحصة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بدراسة مسحية للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة. و تمثلت عيّنة الدراسة في تلاميذ السنة ثانية ثانوي الذين يدرسون بثانويات بلدية ورقلة، والتي بلغ عددها (120) تلميذا منها 70 تلميذة و 44 تلميذا، واعتمد الطالب في هذه الدراسة على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وتم استعمال الأدوات الإحصائية التالية : اختبار " ت" للدلالة الإحصائية للفروق، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، النسبة المئوية، وتوصل الطالب الى ان لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية صورة غير واضحة لدى التلاميذ كما أنه يوجد مستوى عالي لانضباط التلاميذ في الحصة، وكذا هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين صورة أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية كما يدركها التلاميذ ومستوى انضباطهم في الحصة. في حين اقترح الطالب تعميم الصورة الغير واضحة لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وفسح المجال للبحوث التي تتكلم عن الصورة في مجال التربية قصد ضرورة تطوير أدائهم والذي من خلاله يمكن أن يوضح الصورة الإيجابية التي تعكس صورتهم في الوسط التربوي.

This study aimed at identifying the image of a sport teacher as the pupils realize it and its relation to their discipline in a session, and revealing the nature of the pupils’ image of a sport teacher and its relation to their discipline in a session from each pupil’s point of view (positive – negative – unclear), and the pupils’ discipline level during the session, and whether this image have a reflection on the pupils’ discipline level during the session. A descriptive method was used by the researcher to study and to verify the hypothesis of a study. And the sample of this study was the pupils of secondary school from different secondary schools in Ouargla. This sample was composed of (021) pupil, (77) female and (44) male. The researcher has used a questionnaire to collect the data and the following statistics tools: the (C) test for statistic differences, the SMA, the standard deviation, the percentage. The researcher has reached to, that a sport teacher has an unclear image in the pupils’ mind. In the other hand, the researcher suggests the extend that unclear image for a sport teacher and open the way for similar studies that tackle the image in the education domain or field in order to emphasize on developing their performance which can be present or clarify the positive image that really reflect their image in the educational environment
