علاقة مستويات جودة الحياة بالكفايات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط بين جودة الحياة والكفايات التدريسية عند الأستاذ الجامعي والتعرف على مستويات جودة الحياة المدركة عنده حسب مقياس منظمة الصحة العالمية ،أجريت الدراسة بجامعة ورقلة ، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 40 أستاذ جامعي باختلاف الجنس ومن أربعة كليات مختلفة و لإنجاز هده الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالمقياس خاص بالكفيات التدريسية من إعداد أ. د. محمود داود الربيعي ومقياس جودة الحياة المترجم من اللغة الإنجليزية إلى اللغة العربية من طرف د. أحمد حسانين لمنظمة الصحة العالمية، اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك لتحليل المعطيات المتحصل عليها و ترجمتها الى نتائج للتعليق عليها, و لقد أسفرت النتائج إلى وجود مستويات متفاوتة في جودة الحياة للأساتذة الجامعيين وعدم وجود علاقة بين مستويات جودة الحياة وكفايات التدريس لدى الأستاذ الجامعي.

The present study aimed at investigating the relationship between the quality of life and teaching competencies of the university teacher, as well as identifying his perceptible levels of life quality according to the World Health Organization. The study has been done at Ouargla University, where the sample of participants was heterogeneously made from forty university teacher in four different departments. Methodologically, the data were collected by a scale that measures the teaching competencies, instructions from D.r.mahmoud dawed alrabaie as well as a quality of life standard; translated by Dr.Ahmed Hassanin (2011). In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, the research is descriptive analytical in nature; in order to collect the gathered data, to analyze and to interpret it. The study used different statistical tools in order to calculate and interpret the results as the mean The findings shows that, for the university teacher, there is no relation between the quality of life and teaching competencies, it also shows that the university teacher has different levels of life quality
