أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية بين متطلبات الواقع الميداني وكفايته المهنية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفاية المهنية للأستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية و العلاقة الموجودة بينها و بين متطلبات الواقع الميداني في بناء أو أداء حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية و هذا من وجهة نظر الأساتذة أنفسهم و قد إستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي للتحقق من فرضيات البحث التى تضمنت إستخدام الأبعاد الضرورية للكفاية التعليمية الضرورية أثناء أداء الحصة و هناك صعوبات تحد من أدائه للكفايات المهنية و تتمثل في المتطلبات التي ترافق ادائه للحصة من وقت لأخر،و تمثلت عينة الدراسة في جميع أساتذة الطور الثانوي لمدينة ورقلة و البالغ عددهم واحد و خمسون أستاذ و إعتمد الباحث على الإستبيان لقياس العلاقة بين الكفاية المهنية و متطلبات الواقع الميداني و قد إشتمل الإستبيان على أهم الأبعاد و هي (التخطيط ،التنفيذ ،التقويم)، وقد تم إستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية التالية (ألفاكرونباخ ، معامل الإرتباط برسن، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري) وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الكفاية المهنية لأستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية و متطلبات الواقع الميداني

The study aimed at identifying the professional competence of the professor of physical education and sports, and the existing relationship between this competence and the ground reality in the construction and performance of the session of physical education and sports, and this from the point of view of the teachers themselves. The researcher had used the descriptive method to confirm the hypotheses, which included: the use of the necessary dimensions for the required adequacy of education during class performance and there are difficulties limiting the performance of the competencies of professional. These difficulties are the requirements that accompany the teaching during the session from time to time. The study sample consisted of the totality of professors of the secondary schools of the city of Ouargla elevating at 51. The researcher applied the questionnaire to measure the relationship between professional competence and field reality focusing on the main dimensions which are: (planning, implementation, and evaluation) ,The following statistical tools were used ( Cronbach's alpha, Pearson correlation coefficient, arithmetic average, standard deviation) and the student reached a relation of statistical significance between the professional competence of the professor of physical and sports education and the requirements of field reality
