التقويم التشخيصي في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقته ببناء الأهداف التعليمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة

Abstract

من خلال الدراسة وسعيا منا إلى التعرف على علاقة التقويم التشخيصي في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في بناء الأهداف التعليمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة ، تكون مجتمع البحث من 50 أستاذ(جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور الثانوي في مدينة تقرت الكبرى). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 35 أستاذ أي بنسبة 70 من مجتمع البحث من العام الدراسي 2016/2017 وقد أختيرت بطريقة عشوائية ، وأعدت الإستبانة من قبل الباحث لقياس دور التقويم التشخيصي في بناء الأهداف التعليمية وقد أستخدم المنهج الوصفي للدراسة وعولجت البيانات بإستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن التقويم التشخيصي هو الأساس في بناء الأهداف التعليمية، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة خرج الباحث بمجموعة من الإقتراحات والتي منها مشاركة ذوي الإختصاص في وضع برامج خاصة تعنى بموضوع التقويم وكذا إجراء دراسات أخرى تهتم بدراسة أبعاد الأهداف(معرفية – حسي حركي- عاطفية وجدانية)، إجراء دراسات حول أنواع التقويم الأخرى(تكويني- تحصيلي)، إقتراح مقياس خاص بالتقويم التشخيصي كأساس يعتمد عليه في الدراسات والبحوث العلمية.

The Diagnostic Assessment in physical education session and its role in construction of educational objectives from the perspective of teachers. Through the study and in order to identify the role of the Diagnostic Assessment in physical education courses and its role in construction of educational objectives from the perspective of teachers, a research group consisting of 50 teachers (all teachers of physical and athletic education for the Secondary education in the city of Touggourt). The study sample consisted of 35 professors any 70% of the research group from the academic year 2016/2017. The sample was randomly selected, and a questionnaire was prepared by the researcher at the end to measure the role of diagnostic assessment in the construction of educational objectives. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach in the study and processed the data using statistical packages program adopted in the social sciences. The study found that Diagnostic Assessment is the basis for the construction of educational objectives, and in light of the findings, the researcher has taken a series of proposals, which include the participation of specialists in the development of special programs concerned with the subject of an evaluation, as well as other studies devoted to the study of the dimensions of the objectives (cognitive - sensory - mobility - emotional and emotional) As well as studies on other types of assessment (training and delivery), as well as the proposal for a special module on diagnostic evaluation as a reliable basis in scientific studies and research.
