قيم العمل لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية للطورين المتوسط والثانوي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى قيم العمل بالنسبة لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطورين المتوسط والثانوي، والتعرف على درجة التفاوت في قيم العمل بين أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بحكم إختلاف الطورين المتوسط والثانوي، ومعرفة وجود فرق بين أساتذة الطورين المتوسط والثانوي في قيم العمل، و معرفة علاقة قيم العمل بمتغير الخبرة. إستخدم الطالب الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالطريقة المسحية للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في أساتذة التعليم المتوسط والثانوي بمدينة ورقلة، والتي بلغ عددها 76 أستاذ، و إعتمد الطالب الباحث في هذه الدراسة على" مقياس قيم العمل " لجمع البيانات، ثم إستعمال الأدوات الإحصائية التالية: إختبار "ت" للدلالة الإحصائية للفروق، المتوسط الحسابي، الإنحراف المعياري، النسبة المئوية، وتوصل الطالب إلى أن مستوى قيم العمل مرتفع عند أساتذة الطور المتوسط، كذالك توجد فروق في مستوى قيم العمل بين أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط والطور الثانوي لصالح أساتذة الطور المتوسط، كما أنه لا تختلف قيم العمل بإختلاف الخبرة المهنية. في حين إقترح الطالب البحث في العلاقة بين قيم العمل لأساتذة الطورين المتوسط والثانوي ومتغير المؤهل العلمي، والبحث في أسباب ارتفاع قيم العمل عند أساتذة الطور المتوسط عن أساتذة الطور الثانوي، إثبات دور الحالة الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بمستوى قيم العمل عند أساتذة الطورين .

This study aims at identifying “The values of work for the teachers of physical education in the two stages middle and secondary school in the light of some variables.” And the identification of the degree of difference in the level of the work values for the teachers of physical education son the base of the difference between the two stages(middle and secondary school), identify the degree of variation in the values of the work of the masters by virtue of the different level and find out the presence of a difference between teachers at the average and secondary in the values of the work and find out relationship the values of the work and variable experience. Use the student’s curriculum descriptive survey to check the hypotheses study , sample are professors medium and secondary in ourgla which reached number 76professor , adopted the students on a scal the values of the values of the values of the work data collection andusa tools statistical, test”t” ,denote the statistical differences, average arithmetic, the standard deviation, the percentage of, and reached the student to the level of the values of the work of high when teachers mid-level there are differences in the level of the values of the work between teachers physical education average and secondary in favor of secondary level as it is no different values of the work depending on professional experience. The student proposed a study on the relation between the work values of the intermediate and secondary teachers and the variable of the scientific qualification, and the research on the reasons for the high values of the work of the teachers of the middle secondary teachers, proving the role of the social situation and its relation to the level of work values of the professors
