اتجاهات مدراء الثانويات نحو إلغاء امتحان البكالوريا الرياضية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة إتجاه ووجهة نظر المدراء الثانويات نحو الغاء امتحان لبكالوريا الرياضية ، و معرفة ما إذا كان لديهم اتحاه ايجابي او سلبي أو محايد لالغاء امتحان البكالوريا الرياضية ، و قد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المناسب للتحليل ، لتحقيق فرضيات البحث و التي تقول : أنه لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في اتجاهات مدراء الثانويات نحو الغاء البكالوريا الرياضية تعزى لمتغيري الخبرة المهنية في المنصب ، و متغير ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي حيث اعتمد الطالب على استبيان مكون من (23) سؤالا و لهذا القياس اتجاه عينة الدراسة و المتكونة من (32) مديرا و هذا لاختيار وجود الفرق من عدمه و التوجه المحايد لعينة الدراسة ، كما قدم الطالب اقتراحات تضمنت تشجيع التلاميذ على الحضور الى حصص التربية البدنية و الرياضية خلال الموسم و إعطاء المادة قيمة من ناحية التدريس و تحفيز المدير للاساتذة و التلاميذ في ممارسة النشاط البدني الرياضي من خلال تعداد فوائدها الصحية و المادية .

The study aimed to know the direction and view of the senior managers towards the cancellation of the exam for the sports college, and to know whether they have a positive or negative or neutral trend to cancel the baccalaureate sports exam. The researcher used the descriptive method suitable for analysis, to achieve the hypotheses of research, which says: There were statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the high school principals toward the cancellation of the sports baccalaureate due to the variables of professional experience in the position and the variable of physical activity in sports. The student adopted a questionnaire consisting of (23) questions and for this measurement the direction of the study sample which consists of (32) in order to confirme the existance of the difference or no and the neutral attitude of the sample. The student presented suggestions that included encouraging students to attend physical and sports education classes during the season, giving the material value in terms of teaching and motivating the director for teachers and students in the exercise of physical sports activity through enumeration of its benefits.
