دور علاقات الجماعة في تفعيل تماسك الفوج التربوي في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي قسم النهائي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى على التعرف دور علاقات الجماعة في تفعيل تماسك الفوج التربوي ،واستخدمنا في هذهالدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملائمته وطبيعة البحث ،وهذا لإثبات وجود علاقة بين العلاقات الجماعة وتماسك الفوج التربوي بثانويات مدينة ورقلة ، وتكونت عينة البحث من 100 تلميذ من تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي ، ولغرض جمع البيانات استخدمنا مقياس لمحمد حسن علاوى لقياس تماسك الفريق الرياضي 1998، المكون من12 عبارة حيث تم تغيير مصطلح الفريق الرياضي بمصطلح الفوج الربوي وقد حكم هذا المقياس من طرف سبعة دكاترة من جامعة ورقلة، وتم استخدام الاساليب الاحصائية التالية: حساب التكرارات المتوسطات الحسابية والانحراف المعياري و حساب معامل بيرسون وحساب اختبار (ت) و حساب تحليل التباين الاحادي (anova) ومعادلة الفا كرومباخ ، وتوصل الطالب الى ان لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في العوامل المؤثرة تبعا لمتغير الجنس والشعبة والمؤسسة على تماسك الفوج التربوي ، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في العوامل المؤثرة للأبعد الاداة العلاقات الاجتماعية و العمل الجماعي على تماسك الفوج التربوي

The study aimed to identify the role of community relations in the activation of the cohesion of the educational regiment , we used in this study dexriptive approach to suitability and the nature of search , this is proof of the existence of relationship between community relations and cohesion of educational regiment Butanuep city of Ouargla, the sample consisted of 100 research disciple of the third year dualistic , for the purpose of data collection we used measure of Mohammad Hassan Allawi for measuring the consistency of the team sports in 1988 , consisting of 12 words , where the team was changed team sport term educational regiment , this measure has been , sentences by seven doctors from the University of Ouaragla , it was the use of the following statistical methods : account duplicates arithmetic mean and standard deviation and calculate the Pearson coefficient and expense (T) test and contrast unilateral analysis account (anova) and the equation of Alpha Krumbach, and reach the student that there are no statistically significant differences in factors affecting depending on the variable sex and the Division and the institution on the cohesion of the educational regiment, and no statistically significant differences in the factors affecting th
