العوائق التي تواجه أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في حياته المهنية

Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى التوصــــــــــــــل لمعرفة العوائق و العراقيـل التي تقف في وجه أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية و التي تحول دون وصوله إلى تحقيق أهدافه و تأدية مهامه، وقد استخدم الباحثُ المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق فرضيات الدراسة التي كانت: - أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية يعاني من ضغوطات مهنية من طرف الإدارة وظروف العمل أثناء إنجاز حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية غير ملائمة وأن أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية راضون عن مهنتهم وأيضا هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المعيقات المهنية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية. تمثلت عينة البحث في أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في الطور الثانوي لولاية باتنة والبالغ عددهم 32 أستاذ، واستخدام الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية النسب المئوية المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية، وعولجت البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، واستخلص من الدراسة: وجود معيقات تعترض أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية.- أغلب الأساتذة لا يواجهون مشاكل من طرف الإدارة.- كثرة التلاميذ في القسم الواحد لا يساعد على إجراء حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية.- المنشآت والإمكانات الرياضية في أغلب المؤسسات غير كافية وغير مجهزة وغير مناسبة.- أغلب أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية لديهم ميول لهذه المهنة وهم راضين عن مكانتهم العلمية والاجتماعية.-المعيقات التي تواجه أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية ليس لها علاقة بمستويات الخبرة.

The researche in order to reach the gools and qnowledge of the obstacles and troubles standing in the face of physical and sports educator that prevented him from achieving his goals and to peform his functions. The researcher used the description method in order to achieve study hypothesis that were:physical and sports professor is suffering because of professional pressures by the administration and the worqing condition during the session are not appropriate there monitors of sports are satisfied of theire profesion there are also statistically significant differences in occupational handicaps attributable to the variable of professional experience. The sample of research was in secondary phase of batna state which they were 32 professor. The researcher used the statistical methods percentages. calculations and standard deviation. The data were treated using statistical packages program of social science and derived from the study:-obsatacles to teachers of physical and sports education-most teachers do not have problems with Management-the large number of students in one section does not help to take part in physical and athletic education-sports facilities in most institution are inadequate-most teachers of physical education and sports have a tendency are satisfied with their scientific and social status-the obstacles facing the professor of physical education and sports have nothing to do with levels of experience.
