dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the level of achievement motivation among teachers of pre-school education classes in primary school on a sample of 99 teachers male and female selected randomly from some primary schools in Ouargla. After the application of the study tool, the results showed that the level of achievement motivation among pre-school teachers is high, and there is no diffrences in the level of achievement motivation due to gender variable in accordance of teaching, experience’s years, and scientific qualification.en_US
