Abstract

study aimed to identify the impact of work ethic on knowledge sharing, where the selection took place on the National Foundation for Electricity Distribution (Sonal gas), specifically the Directorate of regional Ouargla, where it was relying on the descriptive approach and using the questionnaire on a total sample of (80) workers, were analyzed results using the statistical program SPSS version (22), and after analyzing the results achieved the following results there is an average level of practice of business ethics in the Sauna Foundation gas Ouargla, a high level to practice knowledge sharing in the Sauna Foundation gas Ouargla, it was reached that there is no significant Ahsa differences Yeh attributed to demographic variables, and function are also reaching an impact with the average level of business ethics on the sharing of knowledge. التشارك المعرفي
