dc.description.abstractThe present work is about the survey of the food diet through the analysis of the pellets of rejections of the Owl barn Tyto alba (Scopoli, 1759) in tree stations (El-Atteuf; Sebseb and Daïa Ben Dahoua) situated in Ghardaïa. The analysis of 404 balls, has allowed us to identify 5 categories trophic represented with a total of 800 prey individuals is counted, represented by 31 prey species (Sm = 1.6 + 0.7), 17 families and 4 classes. The birds are the more clear soups by this predator (AR = 72,8 %). They are followed by the rodents (AR = 15,1%) and insects (AR = 9,0 %). In terms of biomass the birds dominate in El-Atteuf (B = 94,7 %), in Sebseb (B = 90,9 %) and in Daïa Ben Dahoua (B = 98.5 %). that (is) in global terms (B = 94,6 %).en_US
