dc.description.abstractThe aim was to identify the performance of some ballistic exercises and their effect on the development of the physical abilities of water polo players. The number of (10) players of water polo players enrolled in Al-Nasr Sports Club in Cairo and registered with the Egyptian Swimming Federation, Since the development of the physical abilities of the players in the muscular game of the two men and the muscle strength of the arms and accuracy and control of motivation and joy, The training program was written using this program (8) weeks with (4) training modules per week, and researchers have reached in this research to: That ballistic training affects and positively determines the experience of 0.05 on the physical abilities (muscular capacity of the two men and arms - transition speed - precision - periodic respiratory endurance) before the water polo players under 17 years. The training in ballistic training was the last improvement in the physical abilities (under consideration) of the under-17 handball players by between (12.98% and 27.53%).en_US
