إستراتيجية مقترحة لمواجهة أهم المشكلات المهنية لدى مدرسي اليربية المدنية والرياضية دراسة مستقبلية باستخدام اسلوب دالفي

Abstract

تعتبر مهنة التربية البدنية والرياضية في عالمنا المعاصر من بين أهمالمهن التي تستند عليها النظمالاجتماعية والتربوية لما لها من دور جوهري فيبناء الانسان بناءًسليماًمتكاملاًمن جميع النواحيالبدنيةوالعقلية والنفسية، وفيتوفير العناية الضرورية لضمان النموالمثالي لدى الأجيال الناشئة على وجه الخصوص. غير أن الممارسات المهنية الراهنة لمدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية تسير وفق مهام رسمية ذات طبيعة مركزية تمتاز بالعمومية وعدم التخصص، تستجيب لأهداف مقيدة وتخضع لاستراتيجيات لا يمكن للمدرسين تجاوزها، حيث يطلب منهم كــل شيء،مستوى بدني عالي، ومهارة حركية للعبة خاصة، وتفوق في الممارسة التنافسية، وتوازن في الخصائص الشخصية، وترويح عن النفس، وشغل وقت الفراغ، وقد تكون النتيجة لا شيء. لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلىتصميم استراتيجية مقترحة لمواجهة أهم المشكلات المهنية لدى مدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية، ولتحقيق هذاالهدف تم القيام بدراسة تحليلية نظرية لواقع المشكلات المهنية التي يواجهها مدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية من خلال تحليل نتائج العديد من الدراسات التي تناولت الموضوع والأسس النظرية التي تبين طبيعة هذه المهنة ومقومات تطويرها والتحديات التي تواجه مسارها المهني، كما تمتالتعريج بعد ذلك على تحليل تطور هذه مهنة في نظم التعليم العالمية، كما تم الوقوف على الدراسات الاستشرافية والأساليب المعتمدة فيها من حيث أنها دراسات تنبؤيه معتمدة بكثرة في الدراسات الاجتماعية التي تسعى إلى تحديد معالم المستقبل المرغوب، بما فيها أسلوب الحكم عن بعد دالفي (DELPHI) الذي يعتبر من أهم أساليب الدراسات المستقبلية، والذي يندرج تحت إطار المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافيوالاستقرائي المعتمد في هذه الدراسة. وقد تم الاعتماد على طريقة دالفي التقليديةفي بناء الاستراتيجية المقترحة، من خلال تقصي رأي خبراء مختصين في هذا المجال من أساتذة التعليم العالي في التربية البدنية والرياضية ممن لهم خبرة في التخطيط لبرامج التربية البدنية والرياضية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية عن طريق الاختيار بالخبرة عبر ثلاث جولات حتى الوصول إلىنسبة مقبولة من الاتفاق العام تفوق 75%، وقد تحددتالعينة المستهدفة في الدراسة بتسجيل استجابة 26 خبير في جميع الجولات التي تضمنتها الدراسة. وتقيدا بالشروط المنهجية لاستخدام أسلوب دالفي تم توظيف 52 مشكلا مهنيا الأكثر أهمية في قائمة المشكلات المهنية التي خلصت إليها دراسة سابقه للباحث في مستوى الماجيستير في بناء أداة الدراسةالمتمثلة في 104 اجراءً علاجيا مقترحا موزعة وفق الابعاد التي تنتمي إليها ووفق التحديدات الاجرائية التي تمثلها ووفق المحاور الخمسة للمشكلات المهنية وهي التنظيم المدرسي، والتشريع المدرسي، والنمو المهني للمدرس، وثقافة المجتمع، ومهام المدرس، كما تم التحقق من صلاحية الاداةمن صدق وثبات. وقد تبين من نتائج الدراسة أن الاستراتيجية المقترحة لمواجهة أهم المشكلات المهنية لدى مدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية حققت نسبة اتفاق عام بلغت 84.8% وهي قيمة مرتفعة تنتمي إلى المجال الذي يعبر عن الموافقة بشدة وفق المعيار المعتمد في هذه الدراسة. حازت الإجراءات المكونة لمحور ثقافة المجتمع على أعلى نسبة من الاتفاق العام بين الخبراء بلغت85.5%، أما الإجراءات المكونة لمحور النمو المهني للمدرس حازت على ثاني أعلى نسبة من الاتفاق العام بين الخبراء حيث بلغت 85.1%، أما الإجراءات المكونة لمحور التشريع المدرسي حازت على ثالث أعلى نسبة من الاتفاق العام بين الخبراء حيث بلغت 84.9%، بينما حازت الإجراءات المكونة لمحور مهامالمدرسعلى رابع أعلى نسبة من الاتفاق العام بين الخبراء بلغت 84.7%، أما ما يخص الإجراءات المكونة لمحور التنظيم المدرسي فقد حازت على نسبة من الاتفاق العام بين الخبراء بلغت 83.9%. وقد تم التوصل إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في استجابات عينة الدراسةعلى الاستراتيجية المقترحة لمواجهة أهم المشكلات المهنية لدى مدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلىالمتغيرات الديموغرافية المتمثلة في والرياضية،والمتعلقة بالتشريع المدرسي، وبثقافة المجتمع تعزى إلىالمتغيرات الديموغرافية المتمثلة في الدرجةالعلمية، والتخصص، وبلد الانتماء، وسنوات الخبرة. كما أنه لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في استجابات الديموغرافية المتمثلة الدرجةالعلمية، والتخصص، وسنوات الخبرة. بينما أظهرت النتائج انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالةα =0.05في استجابات عينة الدراسة على الاجراءات المقترحةلمواجهةأهمالمشكلاتالمهنيةلدىمدرسيالتربيةالبدنيةوالرياضيةالمتعلقةبالتنظيم المدرسي، والمتعلقة بالنمو المهني لمدرسالتربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى إلى بلد الانتماء. وبناءا على النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة فإنهيمكن اقتراحتبني الاستراتيجية المقترحة لمواجهة أهم المشكلات المهنية لمدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية، والاستفادة من الإجراءات المقترحة باستخدامها كأهداف عامة تبنى عليها خطط تنفيذية طويلة المدى، وكذلكاقتراحدعم المدرسة الابتدائية بمدرسين مختصين في التربية البدنية والرياضية من ذوي الخبرة والتجربة وتزويدهم بالوسائل الضرورية وتأهيلهم لتعليم الأطفال الرياضات القاعدية حسب إمكانيات كل مدرسة، لكي يتسنى للتلاميذ تقبل التخصصات الرياضية في الاطوار الدراسية الأعلى. كما يكن إشعارالوصاية بضرورة تعديل القانون الأساسي للهيئة الوطنية المسيرة للرياضة المدرسية حتى ترتقي إلى مستوى تضمن فيه تمثيل دائم وفعال في أنشطتها لجميع الهيئات الرياضية المختصة، كما هو الحال في اللجنة الأولمبية الوطنية، لكون الرياضة المدرسية هي القاعدة الحقيقية لكل الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية فهي بذلك تتطلب مستوى اعلى من التمثيل من طرف مختلف الهيئات الرياضية والاجتماعية. ويعرض الباحث من خلال نتائج الدراسة إمكانية استخدام كل إجراء من إجراءات الاستراتيجية كموضوع بحث مستقبلي، يندرج تحث مشروع عام يهدف إلى تطوير مهنة تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية ويتفرع حسب المحاور المشكلة لهذه الاستراتيجية المقترحة، إضافة إلى إحصاء عام لعدد مدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية وعدد التلاميذ والمدارس وفق المناطق الاقرب جغرافيا لوضع الخطط التنفيذية المناسبة لتطبيق إجراءات الاستراتيجية المقترحة.

Nowadays, the profession of physical education and sports is one of the most important vocations on which social and educational systems are based, because they have a fundamental role in building a healthy, integrated, physical, mental and psychological structure, and in providing the necessary care to ensure the ideal growth of the younger generations in particular. However, the current professional practices of the physical and sports education teachers are carried out according to official functions of a central nature characterized by generality and non-specialization, responding to restricted goals and subject to strategies that teachers can't overcome, where they are all asked for high fitness and motor skills for the futuristic game, Balance in personal aspects, self-recreation, leisure time, the result may be nothing. The aim of this study was to design a proposed strategy to address the most important Vocational problems of physical education and sports teachers, to achieve the objectives of this study, a theoretical analysis of the reality of the Vocational problems faced by teachers of physical education and sports was conducted by analyzing the results of several studies on the topic This profession has the potential of developing it and the challenges facing its professional path, and it was then expanded to analyze the development of this vocation in the integration of global education. The studies and methods adopted in it were also examined in terms of Vision supported heavily in social studies that seek to determine the desired future milestones, including the style of governance after Delphi, which is considered one of the most important methods of future studies, which falls under the framework of the descriptive approach adopted in the exploration of this study and Inductive. The traditional method of Delphi was based on the proposed strategy, by examining the opinion of experts in this field of higher education teachers in physical education and sports who have experience in planning physical education and sports programs were chosen by the method of choice by choosing the experience through three rounds until Achieving an acceptable percentage of general consensus of more than 75%. The target sample in the study was determined by recording the response of 26 experts in all the rounds included in the study. In keeping with the methodological requirements of the Delphi method, 52 of the most important vocational problems, from the list of a previous study at the master's level, were employed in building the study tool of 104 proposed remedial measures, according to the dimensions to which they belong, and according to the procedural definitions they represent, The five axes of vocational problems , a school organization, school legislation, Career growth for the teacher, the community culture, and teacher tasks, as it has been verified the validity and reliability tool. The results of the study showed that the proposed strategy to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports achieved a general consensus rate of 84.8%, a high value belonging to the field that expresses the approval strongly according to the moderate criterion in this study. The measures that constitute the axis of the culture of society have the highest percentage of the general consensus, 85.5%, the measures constituting the professional growth axis of the teacher have achieved the second highest percentage of the general consensus among the experts at 85.1%, the constituent actions of the axis of the school legislation have the third highest percentage of the general consensus among the experts, where it reached 84.9%, while the procedures of the constituent component of the teacher's tasks were the fourth highest percentage of the general consensus among the experts, which amounted to 84.7%, as for the procedures that constitute the axis of the school organization has won a percentage of the general consensus between with 83.9%, criterion in this study. It was found that there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the proposed strategy to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports attributed to demographic variables such as degree, specialization, affiliation country and experience years. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of study sample on the proposed measures to address the most important vocational problems related to the tasks of teachers of physical education and sports, school legislation and society culture, attributed to demographic variables such as degree, specialization, affiliation country and experience years. Furthermore, there are no statistically significant differences in the responses of study sample on the proposed measures to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports related to the school organization, and related to the professional growth of the teacher attributed to the demographic variables such as degree, specialization and experience years. The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at α = 0.05 in the responses of the sample of the study on the proposed measures to address the most important vocational problems of the teachers of physical education and sports related to the school organization, and related to the professional growth of the teacher attributed to affiliation country. Based on the findings of the study, it is possible to propose the adoption of the proposed strategy to address the most important occupational problems of the teachers of physical and sports education, and to benefit from the proposed procedures by using them as general objectives based on long-term implementation plans. As well as the proposal to support the primary school with teachers specialized in physical education and sports with experience, and provide them with the necessary means and rehabilitation to teach children basic sports according to the possibilities of each school, so that students can accept sports disciplines in the upper stages of study. It is also the guardian's notice amending the Basic Law of the National Sports School Commission be amended in order to reach a level that ensures permanent and effective representation in all its activities for all sports bodies, as in the National Olympic Committee, it thus requires a higher level of representation by different sports and social bodies. The researcher presents through the results of the study the possibility of using each of the strategy's procedures as a future research topic, the project aims to develop the profession of teaching physical education and sports and is divided according by the axes formed for this proposed strategy, in addition to a general census of the number of physical education teachers, geographically closer areas to develop appropriate operational plans to implement proposed strategy actions.
