Abstract: This article focuses on one of the most important dimensions of the concept of organizational justice,whichisinteractional justice, whichreflects the nature, quality, and methods of communication (formal and informal) and the way in whichprocedures are applied. and treatmentamong the variousoccupational groups thatmake up the social structure of the organization. In the absence of thisinteractional justice, we are confrontedwith a lack of organizational trust and a decrease in individual and collective effectiveness, hence the escalation of organizationalproblemssuch as repeated absences, negligence, lack of discipline, etc., whichhinder the achievement of the organization's objectives.
