علاقة القيم العامة للمواطنة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بدافعيتهم للتدريس

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين القيم العامة للمواطنة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بدافعيتهم للتدريس فتمت صياغة التساؤل العام على النحو التالي: هل توجد علاقة بين القيم العامة للمواطنة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بدافعيتهم للتدريس؟ وانبثق من هذا تساؤلات ثلاث فرعية نوردها كما يلي: ما مستوى المواطنة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية؟ ما مستوى دافعية التدريس لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية؟ هل كلما ارتفع مستوى المواطنة ارتفع مستوى الدافعية؟ تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة المدروسة،ولجمع البيانات تم تطبيق الاستبيان،حيث اعتمد الباحث على الحصر الشامل لأفراد المجتمع الذي كان أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية من التعليم المتوسط في دائرة تقرت خلال السنة الدراسية2017/2018 وأسفرت هذه الدراسة على جملة من النتائج نعرضها كما يلي: يتميز أساتذة التربية البنية والرياضية بمستوى متوسط من المواطنة كما يتميزون بمستوى متوسط من الدافعية كذلك كلما ارتفع مستوى المواطنة ارتفع مستوى الدافعية وقدم الباحث عدة اقتراحات منها: إعادة الاعتبار لمكانة أستاذ ت ب ر المفقودة دراسة المواطنة في المراحل التعليمية الأخرى دراسة المواطنة مع متغيرات أخرى

This study has been aimed at finding the relationship between the general values of the citiszenship to sport and physical education teachers with their motivation of teaching so the main question was formed as follows: Is there a relation between the general values of citizenship to sport and physical education teachers with their motivation of teaching? And there are three questions emerge from this which are: What's the citizenship level of sport and physical education teachers? Does it mean whenever citizenship level is bigger too? The descriptive way has been used to wellect information then apply the questionnaire. In which the researcher dfpended on comprehensive covering to the members of the society which the sport and physical education teachers of the middle school of touggourtwere at during the scholar years 2018/2017. This study has resulted in a wumber of results that are shown as follows: The sport and physical education teachers are distinet with a middle level of citizenship as they're known for a middle level of motivation Also whenever the citizenship level is lugher,the researcher has given many suggestions some of which are: Reconsidering the sport and physical education teacher's lost position.
