Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على التشارك المعرفي في المؤسسة الاستشفائية ترشين إبراهيم-غرداية، وتم استخدام إستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، واقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة بحيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة المدروسة 68 مفردة موزعين بين مساعد ممرض وأشباه طبيين، أطباء عمومين وأطباء مختصين، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستمارة عن طريق استخدام البرنامج Excel والبرنامج الإحصائي (spss) بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط، تحليل الانحدار المحدد المتعدد والبسيط وتم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج المتمثلة في أن هناك مستوى عال من التشارك المعرفي لدى أطباء وممرضين مؤسسة ترشين إبراهيم، وأن هناك تأثير متوسط لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على التشارك المعرفي في مؤسسة ترشين إبراهيم، وأن البعدين قواعد البيانات ومدى استخدام البرامج والأجهزة الحاسوبية أكثر الأبعاد فعالية في التشارك المعرفي

The study aimed at identifying the impact of the use of information and communication technology on knowledge sharing in the educational institution Tarshin Ibrahim-Ghardaia. A questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information. The distribution process was limited to the simple random sampling method. The sample consisted of 68 individuals distributed between a nurse and a nurse Doctors, general practitioners and specialized physicians. The data in the questionnaire were analyzed using Excel and the statistical program (spss) based on the arithmetic averages, standard deviations and correlation coefficients, The results of a high level of knowledge sharing among the doctors and nurses of the Ibrahim Ibrahim Foundation, and that there is an average impact of information and communication technology on knowledge sharing in the Ibrahim Ibrahim Foundation.
