سيرورة الولاء الأسري لدى المرأة الحامل التي تعاني من أعراض سيكوسوماتية–دراسة عيادية لأربع حالات بمستشفى إبن رشد بعنابة–

Abstract

انصبت الدراسة الحالية حول الولاء الأسري لدى المرأة الحامل التي تعاني من أعراض سيكوسوماتية, ولإستنتاج هذا الإخلاص أي الولاء عمدنا على طرح الإشكال التالي : كيف تدرك المرأة الحاملالتي تعاني من أعراض سيكوسوماتية دينامية نسق أسرتها الأصلية؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل تم اقتراح فرضيات جزئية عددها سبعة, ولإختبارها ميدانيا إستعنا بالمنهج العيادي المنصب على دراسة أربع حالات عيادية, مستعينين بالمقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة واختبار الإدراك الأسري FAT, وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها, تم الوصول إلى أن المرأة الحامل التي تعاني من أعراض سيكوسوماتية, تدرك دينامية نسق أسرتها على أنها متصارعة,سيئة الحلول والنهايات, غير واضحة الأدوار, منصهرة وسيئة المعاملات, ومنه سيئة التوظيف العام,كما تم إستنتاج ولائها لأسرتها من خلال جسدنة صراعاتها الطفولية, ومنه فشل عمل الحداد والتصور أثناء فترة الحمل.

The current study focused on the family loyalty of a pregnant woman who suffers from the symptoms of Psychosomatic, and to infer this fidelity, which is loyalty, we have to put forward the following forms: How does a pregnant woman who suffers from the symptoms of Psychosomatics a dynamic of her family's original patterns? To answer this question, a total of seven partial hypotheses were proposed, and for field testing, we used the clinical approach to study four clinical cases, using the semi-directed clinical interview and the FAT family perception test, and after collecting and unloading data, it was reached that the pregnant woman Which suffers from the symptoms of Psychosomatic, realizes the dynamism of her family's pattern as a rival, bad solutions and endings, unclear roles, molten and bad transactions, and his bad public employment, as her loyalty to her family was deduced by the body of her childish struggles, and from which the work of mourning and perception failed during Gestation period.
