الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي "دراسة استكشافية بمدينة تقرت"

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أبرز الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة تقرت، والتعرف على ما إذا كانت هناك فروق بين الأساتذة في حاجاتهم التدريبية تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة الجنس، وطبيعة التكوين، والأقدمية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي والمقارن، على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي قدر عددهم ب200 أستاذا وأستاذة،وكما اعتمدت الدراسة على مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية المعد من طرف الطالبة،وبعدها تمت المعالجة الإحصائية لمعطيات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS)نسخة 22. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها في الأخير مايلي: 1- أن من أبرز الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة تقرت من المجالات الستة المعتمدة في الدراسة من خلال حساب المتوسط الحسابي لكل منها، احتل مجال إدارة الصف والتفاعل فيه على أعلى مرتبة من الاحتياجات ويليه التقويم ثم يليه طرائق التدريس ثم يليه مجال التخطيط ثم التنفيذ فيما يقابله مجال الوسائل التعليمية تحصل على أدنى مرتبة. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب الجنس. 3- لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب طبيعة التكوين. 4-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حسب الأقدمية. وتمتمناقشةنتائجالفرضياتاعتماداعلىمعلوماتنظريةودراسات سابقة .كماختمتالدراسة باستنتاج عام ومسارات بحثية إضافةإلىبعضالمراجعوكذابعضالملا:

The curent study aimed at to reveal the most prominent training needs of primary school teachers in Touggourt city, and to identify if there are differences between teachers in their training needs according to the gender and kind of formation and seniority variables. The descriptive method was used with its Analytical and comparative way, on a sample of (200) primary school teachers. The study was based on the scale of training needs which is made by the student.Then, thestatistical processing of the study data was done using the statistical packet spss program. The study reached the following results: 1 - The most prominent training needs for the primary school teachers in Touggourt city Of the six fields approved in the study, throught the calculation of their mean, The field of classroom management and interaction is top rank, The evaluation follows, then, teaching methods, after that,Planning and then implementing,The field of teaching aids gets the lowest rank, knowing that all fields need training. 2 - There are statistically significant differences in the training needs of primary school teachers according to gender. 3 - There are statistically significant differences in the training needs of primary school teachers according to kind of formation. 4 -There are statistically significant differences in the training needs of primary school teachers according to seniority. The results of hypotheses were discussedion the light of theoretical information and previous studies, The study concluded with a general conclusion, as well as some references and some supplements.
