فاعلية برنامج عقلاني انفعالي سلوكي في تخفيف اعراض الوسواس القهري–دراسة عيادية لأربع حالات بديوان مؤسسات الشباب بورقلة–

Abstract

هدفتالدراسةالحاليةإلىاختبارفاعليةبرنامجعلاجي في خفض حدة اعراض اضطراب الوسواس القهري. وقد استخدم في هذا البحثالمنهج الشبه تجريبيبالاعتماد علىمخطّطالمجموعةالواحدةباختبارقبليوبعديوذلككمايأتي: قياسقبلي – معالجة – قياسبعدي ،وتكونتمجموعة الدراسةمن اربع04حالاتتماختيارهمبالطريقةالقصدية اعمارهم بين 25 و59 سنة،واما فرضية الدراسة فكانت: توجد فروق بين درجات أفراد العينة على القياسـيين ( القبلي – البعدي ) على مقياس الوسواس القهري لصالح القياس البعدي . ولتحقيقأهدافالدراسةتمالاعتماد على مقياسيل براون للوسواس القهري في صيغته المصغرة،كما تمبناءبرنامجعلاجيقائمعلىالعلاجالعقلاني الانفعالي السلوكي، وقد أظهرتنتائجالدراسةوجودأثرللبرنامجالعلاجي فيخفضحدة اعراض اضطراب الوسواس القهري عند حالاتالدراسة بدرجات متفاوتة. وتوصلتالدراسةإلىمجموعةمقترحاتمنها: إجراءدراساتمماثلةبمتغيراتأخرى،كعمر المريضعندبدءالأعراضالوسواسية و الحالة الاجتماعية الاقتصادية للمريض،كماأوصتالدراسة بضرورة استخدام تقنيات علاجية اخرى الى جانب الاستفادة من مدارس علاجية اخرى.

The study's title: the effectiveness of a rational, emotive, behavioral therapy program in reducing the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder . The presentstudyinvestigatethe impact of Rational Emotive BehaviorTherapy (REBT)in reducing the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder ( OCD). In thisresearch, we use a semi-empiricalapproach, based on the one-group scheme, withpre-test and post-test. The study group consisted of 04 cases selected by the intentionalmethod ,theiragesbetween(25-59) years.

The hypothesis of the study was: There are differences between the scores of the sample on the criteria (tribal - post) on the measure of obsessive-compulsive disorder for the telemetry test to achieve the objectives of the studywasbased on Yale Brown'sscale of obsessive-compulsive disorder. A therapeutic program based on rational, emotional and behavioraltherapywasalsodeveloped. The results of the studyshowedthattherewas an effect of the therapeutic program in reducing the symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorderat cases of study. The studyreached a number of proposals, including: conductingsimilarstudieswithother variables, Such as the age of the patient at the onset of the symptoms and socioeconomicstatus of the patient. The studyalsorecommended the need to use othertherapeutic techniques as well as benefitfromotherpsychologicalschools.
