الحاجات الإرشادية لمعلمي ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظرهم - دراسة ميدانية بالمراكز المتخصصة بمدينة ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الحاجات الإرشادية لمعلمي الاحتياجات الخاصة والكشف عن الفروق في وجهات نظر المعلمين ( سنوات الخبرة – التخصص – طبيعة التكوين ) في تحديد الحاجات الإرشادية . وللبحث في الموضوع اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي الاستطلاعي المقارن , وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبيان الحاجات الإرشادية بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكوميترية , وتكونت العينة من 57 معلما في التربية الخاصة بالمراكز المتخصصة بمدينة ورقلة , أما فيما يخص المعالجة الإحصائية لنتائج حساب الفرضيات تم استخدام اختبار ( ت) لدلالة الفروق . وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي : - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حول الحاجات الإرشادية باختلاف سنوات الخبرة ( اقل من ثلاثة سنوات – أكثر من ثلاثة سنوات ) لصالح ذو الخبرة الأكثر من ثلاث سنوات. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حول الحاجات الإرشادية باختلاف التخصص (إعاقة ذهنية / إعاقة سمعية / إعاقة بصرية ). - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حول الحاجات الإرشادية باختلاف التكوين ( جامعي – المراكز المتخصصة ) لصالح المتكونين في المراكز المتخصصة .

The present study aimed to identify the needs of teachers of special needs and to identify differences in the views of teachers (years of experience - specialization - the nature of training) in determining extension needs. The sample was composed of 57 teachers in special education centers in the city of Ouargla. As for the statistical treatment of the results of the calculation of the hypotheses, the T test was used to indicate Differences. The results of the study reached the following: - There are statistically significant differences in the views of teachers with special needs about the extension needs according to different years of experience (less than three years - more than three years) for the benefit of more than three years experience. - There are no statistically significant differences in the views of teachers with special needs about the extension needs according to different specialization (mental disability / hearing impairment / visual disability). - There are differences of statistical significance in the views of teachers with special needs about the needs of extension by different configuration (universities - specialized centers) for the benefit of the constituents in the specialized centers.

Résumé de l'étude: La présente étude visait à identifier les besoins des enseignants ayant des besoins spéciaux et à identifier les différences de points de vue des enseignants (années d'expérience - spécialisation - nature de la formation) pour déterminer les besoins en matière de vulgarisation. L’échantillon était composé de 57 enseignants de centres d’éducation spéciale de la ville de Ouargla. Pour le traitement statistique des résultats du calcul des hypothèses, le test T a été utilisé pour indiquer: Différences Les résultats de l'étude ont atteint les objectifs suivants: - Il existe des différences statistiquement significatives entre les points de vue des enseignants ayant des besoins particuliers sur les besoins d'extension en fonction des années d'expérience (moins de trois ans - plus de trois ans) pour le bénéfice de plus de trois ans d'expérience. - Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans les points de vue des enseignants ayant des besoins spéciaux sur les besoins d'extension en fonction des différentes spécialisations (handicap mental / déficience auditive / déficience visuelle). - Il existe des différences de signification statistique dans les points de vue des enseignants ayant des besoins particuliers sur les besoins d'extension par configuration (universités - centres spécialisés) au profit des mandants des centres spécialisés.
