أثر السلوك الجماعي على الإلتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية للعاملين بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل المجاهد بوخريص عمر ورقلة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف أثر السلوك الجماعي على الألتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين بالمستشفى المتخصصة الأم والطفل ورقلة وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لدراسة الموضوع ، كما تم الأعتماد على المقابلة والأستبيان الذي تمت معالجته الأحصائية عن طريق برنامج spssحيث بلغ حجم العينة94 وخلصت الدراسة الى وجود مستوى عالي من السلوك الجماعي لدى العاملين كما يوجد مستوى عالي من الألتزام التنظيمي أما العلاقة الأرتباطية بين السلوك الجماعي والألتزام التنظيمي بأبعاده ( الألتزام العاطفي ، الألتزام المعياري ، الألتزام الأستمراري ) كمتغير تابع علاقة طردية لكنها ضعيفة وكما توصلت الى عدم وجود فروق تعزى المتغيرات الشخصية لدى العاملين

This study aims to identify the effect of collective behaviour on the organizational commitment of the staff of the specialized mother and child hospital in Ourgla The descriptive and analytical method was used to study the subject as well as the questionnaire and the interview ,which was processed by a statistical program with a sample size of 94 The study concluded that there is a high level of collective behaviour among workers and there is also a high level of organizational commitment. And the correlative relationship between collective behaviour and organizational commitment with its dimensions (emotional,normative, continuum) As a dependent variable is a positive but weak relationship. As I have concluded that there are no difference s attributed to the personal variables of workers
