Abstract

تهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تسيير المخزون في ترشيد الدورة الاستغلالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية؛ حيث تمثلت الاشكالية فيما يتمثل الدور الذي يؤديه تسيير المخزون في ترشيد الدورة الاستغلالية للمؤسسة الاقتصادية، فالمؤسسة الوطنية كغيرها من المؤسسات الاقتصادية تسعى جاهدة إلى التسيير الأمثل للمخزون، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف تمت دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية وحدة ورقلة؛حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المقابلة كأدات للدراسة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها في دراستنا: تركيز المؤسسة على توفير المواد بالجودة المطلوبة دون مراعاة السعر لكي لا يكون هناك عطب أو توقف في نشاط المؤسسة، لكن هذا يتسببفي تفاقم التكاليف؛ حيث تعتمد المؤسسة على طريقة التكلفة الوسطية المرجحة بعد كل إدخال في تقييم مخزوناتها لما توفره من جهد عند التطبيق؛ حيث يتم اختيار طريقة تقييم المخزونات على طبيعة النشاط الذي تمارسه المؤسسة، وهنا يتضح الدور الذي يؤديه تسيير المخزون في ترشيد الدورة الاستغلالية.
