سنوات الخبرة الميدانية ودورها في تفعيل أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضيةفي المؤسسات التربوية في ظل نظام المقاربة بالكفاءات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على سنوات الخبرة ودورها في تفعيل أداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المؤسسات التربوية في ضل نظام المقاربة بالكفاءات , حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة وهو الأنسب , وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي والبالغ عددهم 50 أستاذ في بعض ثانويات تقرت و ورقلة , واستخدم الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات , وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية (, التكرار والنسبة المؤوية , المتوسط الحسابي , الانحراف المعياري , طريقة الاتساق الداخلي ألفا كرونباخ , كاف تربيع .) حيث توصل الباحث إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه بين سنوات الخبرة الميدانية وأداء أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المؤسسات التربوية في ظل نضام المقاربة بالكفاءات وأن إعداد وتكوين أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية قبل وأثناء التوظيف من القضايا الهامة التي تلعب دورا هما في العملية التربوية و التعليمية ككل ومن أجل رفع مستوى أدائه

The study aims to learn about years of experience and its role in activating the performance of teachers of physical education and sports in educational institutions in the system of approach competencies ,where the descriptive curriculum was used in this study and holesp , the sample of the study was in the teachers of physical education and sports in the secondary stage , which ar 50 professors in some secondary schools of teggert and ouargla ,the questionnaire was used to gather information ,and the following statistical methods were used ) frequency and equation ratio , arithmetic mean , standard deviation , internal coefficient of alpha kronbach ,Quarry ( where the researcher found that there is a correlation between the years of field experience and the performance of the professor of physical education and sports in educational institutions in the system of approach competencies and that the preparation and composition of the professor of physical education and sports before and during the recruitment of important issues that play a role in the educational process as a whole and to raise the level of performance
