فاعلية برنامج ارشادي عقلاني انفعالي للتخفيف من سلوكيات العنف المدرسي لدى عينة من التلاميذ العنيفين بالمرحلة الثانوية د ا رسة تجريبية بمدينة الاغواط

Abstract

تهدف الد ا رسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي للتخفيف من سلوكيات العنف المدرسي لدى عينة من التلاميذ العنيفين بالمرحلة الثانوية بمدينة الأغواط وهذا إستنادا على النظرية العقلانية الإنفعالية لالبيرت اليس، القائمة على تعديل سلوك الإنسان من خلال تصحيح المعتقدات الخاطئة واللاعقلانية، إتجاه المواقف الخارجية التي يتعرض لها، واستبدالها بأفكار ومعتقدات صحيحة واجابية، والتي تؤثر عليه بالإيجاب على صحته النفسية والعقلية والجسمية. وقد إتبع الباحث في هذه الد ا رسة المنهج التجريبي والذي يتوافق مع طبيعة البحث الحالي بتطبيق تصميم المجموعتين )المجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية(، لعينة قوامها 03 تلميذا مقسمين مناصفة إلى مجموعتين) 01 تلميذ المجموعة الضابطة( و) 01 تلميذ مجموعة التجريبية والتي طبق عليها البرنامج( ، تم إختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، من تلاميذ السنة الثانية ثانوي بثانوية جودي بلقاسم بمدينة 7302 ، ولجمع معلومات الد ا رسة طبق عليها شبكة / الأغواط الج ا زئر خلال السنة الد ا رسية 7302 ملاحظة متعلقة بمظاهر وسلوكيات العنف المدرسي، وكذا برنامج إرشادي )من إعداد الباحث(، حيث تم تحديد البرنامج الإرشادي كمتغير مستقل، والتخفيف من سلوكيات العنف المدرسي كمتغير تابع. ولقد أسفرت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى النتائج التالية: - للبرنامج الإرشادي المقترح فاعلية في التخفيف من السلوك العنف المدرسي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسطات المجموعة الضابطة في سلوك العنف المدرسي على الإختبار البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، في متوسط المجموعة التجريبية، في سلوك العنف المدرسي بين الاختبار القبلي والإختبار البعدي - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط المجموعة التجريبية في سلوك العنف المدرسي بين الإختبار البعدي والإختبار التتبعي. كما أختتمت الد ا رسة بإقت ا رحات وتوصيات حول الموضوع.

The current study aims at finding out the effectiveness of an instructional program to mitigate the behavior of school violence in a sample of violent secondary school students in Laghouat. This is based on Albert Ellis's emotional rationality theory, which is based on modifying human behavior by correcting erroneous and irrational beliefs. , And replace them with valid and positive ideas and beliefs, which affect him positively on his mental and, and physical health. In this study, the researcher followed the experimental method which is consistent with the nature of the current research by applying the design of the two groups (the control and experimental group) to a sample of 30 students divided equally into two groups (15 students in the control group) and 15 students in the experimental group to which the program was applied was slected with rowdom way in secondary school student of the academic year 2017/2018. In order to collect the study information, a network of observations on the manifestations and behavior of school violence was applied, as well as an instructional program (by the researcher) wher the in dicative program was indentified as a dependent variable The results of the study resulted in the following results: - The proposed guidance program is effective in mitigating school violence behavior. - There are statistically significant differences between the experimental group averages and the control group averages in the behavior of school violence on the post-test. - There are statistically significant differences, in the experimental group average, in the behavior of school violence between tribal testing and post-test - There are statistically significant differences in the mean of the experimental group in the behavior of school violence between the post-test and the sequential test. The study concluded with suggestions and recommendations on the subject. key words:
