Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى مساهمة الأساليب القيادية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بمستوى التحكم الانفعالي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الثانوية حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا أثني عشر أستاذ وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، وتم استعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ وحساب معامل ''كا 2'' و تكرارات والنسب المئوية ومجاميع النسب المئوية ، وقد تم عرض هذه المعلومات من خلال استعمال أداة جمع البيانات والتي تتمثل في المقياس الذي تم الاعتماد عليه و ذلك من خلال عرضه على عينة من المحكمين وحساب ثباته من خلال الفاكرونباخ حيث أظهرت النتائج مايلي: - هناك علاقة بين الأنماط القيادية عند أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ومستوى التحكم الانفعالي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي. - النمط الديمقراطي لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية له دور في التحكم الانفعالي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي. - النمط الأوتوقراطي لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية له دور في التحكم الانفعالي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي. - النمط الفوضوي لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية له دور في التحكم الانفعالي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة الثانوي. وفي الأخير تم الخروج بالاقتراحات.
