بعض السمات الشخصية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بدافعية التعلم لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية

Abstract

هدفت الدارسة الحالية إلى معرفة السمات الشخصية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقتها بدافعية التعلم لدى التلاميذ للمرحلة الثانوية، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات قمنا بإتباع الخطوات والمبادئ الأساسية للمنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتناسب مع دراستنا، معتمدين في ذلك على مقياس السمات الشخصية ومقياس دافعية التعلم لجمع البيانات والمطبق على عينة بلغت (16) أستاذ، وعينة بلغت (310) تلميذا، وقمنا بمعالجة البيانات بالأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار"ت"، وأسلوب تحليل التباين الأحادي ، وقد توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد مستوى مرتفع في السمات الشخصية لدى مدرسي التربية البدنية والرياضية، ويتميز التلاميذ بدافعية التعلم مرتفعة نحو حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، و عدم وجود فروق في مستوى السمات الشخصية لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية، ووجود فروق في مستوى دافعية التعلم نحو حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لدى التلاميذ تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق في مستوى دافعية التعلم نحو حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لدى التلاميذ تعزى لمتغير المستوى الدراسي ، ولا توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين مستوى السمات الشخصية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ودافعية التعلم نحو حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية لدى التلاميذ.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test the hypotheses, we followed the basic steps and principles of the analytical descriptive approach that is appropriate to our study, based on the personal traits scale and the learning motivation measure to collect the data was applied to a sample of 16 teachers and a sample of 310 students. We processed the data using the following statistical methods: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, T test, the study showed that there is a high level of personality traits in physical education and sports teachers. The students are characterized by a high motivation for learning towards the share of physical education and sports. There are no differences in the level of personality traits of the professor of physical education and sports due to the variable of professional experience. The percentage of physical education and sports in pupils is attributed to the gender variable. There are no differences in the level of learning motivation towards the share of physical education and sports in students due to the variable of the academic level. There is no correlation between the level of personality traits of teachers of education For fitness, sports and motivation to learn about the share of physical education and sports among students.
