Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على هل يساهم التربص الميداني في تحسين الكفاءة التدريسية لطلبة السنة الثانية ماستر بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية, وإستخدام الطالب المنهج الوصفي التحليل للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة, وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في 56 طالب يدرسون بالمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تخصص نشاط بدني رياضي تربوي, وإعتمدنا على إستبيان متكون من 3 محاور ( تنظيم عمل التلاميذ/ فترة التكوين الجيد في المعهد/ إكتساب الأساليب الحديثة للتدريس), وتم إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية, المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية / النسب المئوية لتكرارت الإجابات/ حساب إختبار كا2/ حساب معامل بيرسون/ ومعامل الإتساق الداخلي ألفا كرومباخ) , وتوصلنا إلى أنه التربص الميداني يساهم في تحسين الكفاءة التدريسية لطلبة الثانية ماستر بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed at identifying whether field training contributes to improving the teaching efficiency of second year students in the Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities. The student used the descriptive method of analysis to verify the hypotheses of the study. The study sample consisted of 56 students studying in the institute. Educational, and we relied on a questionnaire consisting of 3 axes (organization of the work of students / the period of good training at the Institute / acquisition of modern methods of teaching), The following statistical methods were used: arithmetical averages, standard deviations / percentages for repeating the answers / calculating the K2 / Pearson coefficient and the internal consistency coefficient Alpha Krumbach), and we concluded that field training contributes to improving the teaching efficiency of the second master students at the Institute of Physical and Mathematical Science and Technology .Key words: Field Training / Teaching Efficiency
