dc.description.abstract | In this study ,we tried to appreciate the amount of phenolie compounds and flavanoids which showed that the amount of phenolic compounds were greater than flavano ids. The DPPH test ,we get founds that IC50 value is much less than IC50 of ascorpic acid in all extract as we as conclude that Henna planet is very effective and an Anti-oxidant. T he test of iron reduction we get found the value of AEAC were greater than one : This means that the extract of the Henna planet has a reduction power better than VC. T he chelation method of di-iron as to as the results showed that all the extracts seeds in acetone has hig her chelation capacity batter than allthe extract . | en_US |
