واقع الفضاء السيبراني و إشكالية الدفاع الوطني في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة تأثير الفضاء السيبراني على إستراتجيات المنظومة الدفاعية في الجزائر، وبالتالي التعرف على هذا الفضاء وخصائصه وما نتج عنه من تهديدات سيبرانية تمس بالأمن القومي الجزائري ، مما فرض على الدولة الجزائرية تبني إستراتجية خاصة لمواجهة هذه التهديدات من خلال ( سن التشريعات القانونية ، إقامة إتفاقيات ، إنشاء هياكل تنظيمية ، بالإضافة إلى إقامة علاقات تعاون إقليمية ودولية ). .

This study aims to addressing body the find out the effect of Cybers pace on the defence strategies of the body in Algeria , in order to have a clear image of this space , its characteristics and what has resulted from it including cybernetic threats which targets the Algerian national security . this latter has obliged the Algerian government to adopt a specific strategy to face these threats through passing strict regulations and lows , conducting Agreements , building regulating structures in addition to building assistance relation at the regional and international level

Le but de cette étude est d'aborder l'impact du cyberespace sur les stratégies du système de défense en Algérie , Et ainsi d'identifier cet espace et ses caractéristiques et les cybermenaces qui en résultent pour la sécurité nationale algérienne , Ce qui a contraint l’Etat algérien à adopter une stratégie spécifique pour faire face à ces menaces par (Texte législatif , Établissement d'accords , Créer des structures organisationnelles En plus de Établissement de relations de coopération régionales et internationales ).
