Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على الحكامة في الجامعات، من خلال معرفة المبادئ التي تقوم عليها وكذلك أنواع النظم التعليمية التي أوصت بها المنظمات الدولية من أجل تطوير وتحسين مستوى التعليم العالي، والدخول في المنافسات العالمية للجامعات، والتعرف على أبرز التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات وهذا من خلال معرفة المعايير والمؤشرات التي تعتمدها هذه التصنيفات، وقد تم تسليط الضوء على الحكامة في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة، والتعرف على مكانتها من التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات وهذا حسب التصنيف الذي تم اعتمدته

This study seeks to know the governance in the universities through their principles and the varied kinds of the educational systems which the international organizations set-this educational systems seek to develop and improve the level of high education , as well as the universities can participate in the international competition of universities , to know the most significant international classifications of universities, they should know the main factors which the international classifications were based on. We have studied the governance in the university of kasdi merbah of wargla and have a clear idea about its position in the international classifications of universities and this is due to the classifications which the university have based on A la lumière de cette étude nous avons essayé de définir la Gouvernance aux universités et d’identifier ses principes primordiaux ainsi que la détermination des différents systèmes éducatifs recommandés par les organisations mondiales dans l’objectif de promouvoir l’enseignement supérieur et ce afin de permettre aux universités du tiers monde de concurrencer sur l’échelle mondial De même, et par l’exposition des différents classements universels des universités ainsi que leurs critères et indicateurs l’étude nous à conduit à l’identification des critères de gouvernance au sein de l’université du Martyre KACEDI Merbah à Ouargla et elle nous a permit de déterminer son emplacement par apport aux universités ayant une réputation mondiale
