دور الحكومة في تدعيم القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الإقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة حالة: مؤسسة طيبة للتمور ـ ورقلة ـ للفترة 2017ـ2018 م

Abstract

تواجه المؤسسات الإقتصادية اليوم تحديات كبيرة، و ذلك بتواجدها في بيئة تتميز بالتغير و شدة المنافسة،فلضمان إستمرارية هذه المؤسسات الإقتصادية لابد من إكتساب القدرة التنافسية. فالقدرة التنافسية لن تتحقق إلا بوجود قوة داعمة، ظابطة و محفزة تؤطر المنافسة بخلق الجو المناسب للمؤسساتالإقتصادية لممارسة المنافسة،والمتمثلة في دور الحكومة. وهنا الحكومة تعمل على تنظيم علاقة المتنافسين فيما بينهم، و كذا علاقاتهم بالمستهلكين، إلى جانب ذلك فهي ملزمة بضمان مناخ خالي من الإحتكارات تظهر أساسا في وضع حد تحدد و جود المنافسة الحرة في السوق، بالإضافة إلى العديد من الإجراءات و التسهيلات الإدراية و المالية الّتي تحد من عرقلة سير المنافسة و الّتي تساعد في خلق القدرات التنافسية للمؤسسات الإقتصادية بالتحديد للخواصToday, economic institutions are faced with great challenges by being in an environment characterized by change and competition. Moreover, they are obliged to ensure an environment free of monopolies, which is basically an end to the existence of free competition in the market, in addition to the many procedures and administrative and financial facilities that limit Of obstructing the progress of competition and which helps in creating the competitiveness of economic institutions specifically for properties Aujourd’hui, les institutions économiques sont confrontées à de grands défis car elles se trouvent dans un environnement caractérisé par le changement et la concurrence: il est nécessaire d’être compétitif pour assurer la durabilité de ces institutions économiques. La compétitivité ne peut être obtenue que par une force de soutien, disciplinée et stimulante qui établit la concurrence en créant le climat propice permettant aux institutions économiques de pratiquer la concurrence, le rôle du gouvernement. Le gouvernement s'emploie à réglementer les relations entre les concurrents et leurs relations avec les consommateurs, mais aussi à garantir un environnement exempt de monopoles, ce qui met essentiellement fin à l'existence de la libre concurrence sur le marché, en plus des nombreuses procédures et facilités administratives et financières qui limitent la concurrence. D'entraver le progrès de la concurrence et qui contribue à créer la compétitivité des institutions économiques spécifiquement pour les biens immobiliers
