تطوير رأس المال الفكري كمدخل أساسي لبناء منظّمة متعلّمة دراسة ميدانيّة على المستشفيات العموميّة لولاية الشلف

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة رأس المال الفكري في بناء المنظّمة المتعلّمة لدى عيّنة من المستشفيات العمُومية في ولاية الشلف. ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف اعتمدت الباحثة على الاستبيان كأداة لجميع البيانات من عيّنة الدراسة، وقد استهدفت عيّنة قصدية مكوّنة من 621 عامل من 05 مستشفيات عمُوميّة. ولاختبار الفرضيات المطروحة تمّ استخدام الحزمة الإحصائيّة للعلوم الاجتماعيّة (SPSS). وخلُصَت الدراسة الميدانيّة إلى وجُود مستوى إدراك متوسّط لمفهوم رأس المال الفكري، وأيضا حقّق مفهوم المنظّمة المتعلّمة مستوى إدراك متوسّط من طرف أفراد عيّنة الدراسة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجُود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائيّة لرأس المال الفكري بكلِّ مكوّناته (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي، رأس المال العلاقات) في بناء المنظّمة المتعلّمة

The study aimed to finding out the contribution of intellectual capital to building the learning organization in a sample of public hospitals in the state of Chlef. To achieve this goal, the researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool for all data from the sample of the study. A target sample of 621 workers from 05 public hospitals. The study concluded that there was a medium level of awareness of the concept of intellectual capital; and the concept of learning organization also achieved a medium level of awareness by the sample members. The results also showed a statistically significant effect of intellectual capital in all its components (human capital, structural capital, relational capital) in building an learning organization.
