المسؤولية الاجتماعية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية و مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة أنفسهم ،ومعرفة العلاقة بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية و الاذاء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية ولإنجاز هدا البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال وصف الظاهرة وجمع الحقائق وتفسيرها، و من أجل ذلك تم استخدام مقياس لمعرفة مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأداء الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة ، وقد اشتملت العينة على 29أستاذ بمعهد علوم وتقنيات الشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة ورقلة ، واعتمد الطالب على مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية من إعداد ندى باكر ويشمل على20 عبارة ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي من إعداد ندى باكر ويشمل على 21 عبارة مقسمة إلى محورين (المجال الاكديمي والمجال الإنساني الاجتماعي) وتما استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية المتوسط الحسابي ، الانحراف المعياري ، معامل الارتباط برسون و كانت النتائج كالأتي : - مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية مرتفع لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية. - مستوى الأداء الوظيفي مرتفع لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بالرغم من وجود المسؤولية الاجتماعية. - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية.

The study aimed to identify the level of social responsibility and the level of performance of the faculty members of the Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities from the point of view of the teachers themselves and the relationship between social responsibility and career damage among faculty members in the Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities. The descriptive approach was used by describing the phenomenon and collecting and interpreting the facts, A sample was used to determine the level of social responsibility and the performance of teachers. The sample included 29 professors at the Institute of Physical and Mathematical IV Sciences in the University of Ouargla. The student was based on the Social Responsibility Scale prepared by Nada Baker. It includes 20 words and a performance measure prepared by Nada Packer includes 21 terms divided into two axes (the academic field and the social humanitarian field). The following statistical methods were used: the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the results were as follows: -The level of social responsibility is high among members of the teaching staff at the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities. -The level of job performance is high among faculty members in the Institute of Science and Technology of physical and sports activities despite the existence of social responsibility. -There is a positive correlation between the social responsibility and the performance of the members of the faculty of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities.
