النامي بضواحي مدينة الحجيرة Retama raetmaتقييم القلويدات من نبات

Abstract

تضمنت هذه الدراسة الكشف الكيميائي واستخلاص القلويدات من أجزاء نبات الرتم Retama raetam النامي بضواحي الحجيرة - ورقلة(الجزائر) الذي يمتاز باهميتة الطبية. أكدت نتائج الكشف الفيتو كيميائي على وجود القلويدات و بعض المواد الفعالة (العفصيات ، الصابونيات ، الفلافانويدات ) في الأجزاء المتمثلة( ازهار، أغصان، ازهار مع أغصان، جذور وثمار) تم استخلاص القلويدات باستعمال ثلاثة طرق مختلفة لكل من الأجزاء المذكور سابقا (الاستخلاص الكحول(الايثانول )، الاستخلاص بالماء المحمض و الاستخلاص بجهاز Soxhlet)، كما قدر مردود القلويدات في كل طريقة وبالنسبة لكل مستخلص كالتالي: طريقة (1)%:( %0.208،%1.288، %1.192،% 0.29،% 0.16)، طريقة (2): (0.356%، 0.215%،% 1.005،%0.31، 0.176%)، طريقة (3)%:( %0.23، 1.36%، %0.89،0.5%،%0.28 ) بالنسبة لكل من مستخلصات (ازهار، أغصان، أغصان مع ازهار،جذور و ثمار)على الترتيب. تم تقدير النشاط المضاد للأكسدة لنبات Retama raetam باستخدام طريقة تثبيط الجذر الحر ˙DPPH وذلك في مستخلص الثمار الناتج من الاستخلاص بجهاز Soxhlet و طريقة الاستخلاص بالكحول، حيث تم حساب قيمة IC50 لهذا المستخلص فقدرت :IC50= 0.80mg/ml للمستخلص القلويدي و IC50=0.03mg/ml للمستخلص الكحولي.

This study included chemical detection and extraction of alkaloids form parts plant of (Retama raetam) the growing in the suburbs of Elhadjira- Ouargla (Algeria),which is characterized by its medical and importance The results of the chemical veto confirmed the presence of alkaloids and some active substances (tannins, sawbones, flfafonoide) in the flowing parts (flowers, branches, flowers with branches, roots, fruits). Alkaloids were extracted using three different methods each of the previously mentioned parts (alcohols extraction-ethanol, acidic extraction, extraction with soxhlet) the yield of alkaloids was estimated in each method and for each extract as follows : method1 (0.16%,0.29% , 1.192%,0.208%,1.288%)method2 :(0.176%,0.31%,1.005%,0.215%,0.356%), method3 % : (0.28%,0.5%,0.89%,1.36%,0.23%) for each extract ( flowers , branches ,flowers with branches ,roots ,fruits)in order Retama raetam antioxidant activity was estimated using the free root inhibitor method DPPH. In the extract of fruits resulting form the extraction of the soxhlet and method of and the method of extracting alcohol gave ,where the value of IC50was calculated for this abstract was estimated IC50=0.80mg/ml for the extract alkaloids and IC50 =0.03mg/ml for the extract alcohol.
