EVALUATION DES RISQUES PROFESSIONNELS A L’HOPITAL CAS DU SERVICE DES URGENCES DE L’HOPITAL MOHAMED BOUDIAF

Abstract

Les risques professionnels sont très nombreux à l’hôpital ; ce dernier constitue un milieu de travail à haut risque. Il cumule les risques inhérents à toute activité de travail et les risques liés à sa spécificité. L’exposition du personnel hospitalier aux risques professionnels et la création d’un service central de santé au travail, contrastent avec une grande variation dans l’implantation des unités de santé au travail, chargées de la surveillance du personnel, de l’évaluation et de la prévention des risques professionnels auxquels il est exposé. Cette étude s'inscrit dans le domaine de la santé et la sécurité au travail. Elle se propose de faire une évaluation des risques professionnels (EvRP) à l'hôpital public Algérien en proposant une démarche d'EvRP et en réalisant une EvRP au niveau d'un service des urgences.

The occupationalrisks are verynumerous in the hospital; the latter constitutes a high-riskworkenvironment. It combines the risksinherent to anyworkactivity and the risksrelated to itsspecificity. The exposure of hospital staff to occupationalrisks and the creation of a central occupationalhealth service, contrastwith a wide variation in the implementation of occupationalhealthunits, responsible for staff monitoring, evaluation and prevention of occupationalrisks to whichheisexposed. This studyis part of the field of health and safety at work. It propose to make a professionalriskassessment (EvRP) at the Algerian public hospital by proposing an EvRPapproach and by carrying out an EvRP at the level of an emergency department.
