نظام مراقبة التسيير كآلية لإتخاذ القرار في المؤسسات الإقتصادية "حالة سونلغاز

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على نظام مراقبة التسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال معرفة مدى تطبيقه وإبراز الدور الذي يلعبه في تحسين نشاطها والمساعدة على إتخاذ القرارات الرشيدة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي بالنسبة لشركة توزيع الوسط بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة، وذلك بناء على تحليل مضمون المعلومات الثانوية تم التي جمعها من المصادر الرسمية بالشركة، بالإضافة إلى إجراء المقابلات الشخصية، وذلك باستعمال أدوات نظام مراقبة التسيير المستعملة في المؤسسة(لوحة القيادة والموازنة التقديرية)، ومن أجل مناقشة النتائج المحققة خلال الفترة المعنية بالدراسة بين2016 و2018 وتوصلت الدراسة إلى فعالية نظام مراقبة التسيير في عملية إتخاذ القرار، واستخراج الانحرافات وتصحيحها وتوجيه قرارات الشركة واتخاذها في الوقت المناسب.

This study aimed to identify the management control system in the economic institution by knowing the extent of its application and to highlight the role it plays in improving its activities and helping to make rational decisions. The study was based on the descriptive approach on the theoretical side and the case study methodology on the practical side of the distribution center in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in ouargla, based on the analysis of the secondary information collected from the official sources in the institution, In addition to conducting interviews, (Steering panel and budget), and to discuss the results achieved during the study period between 2016 and 2018. The study concluded that the management control system is effective in the decision making process, deviating deviations and correcting And guide the decisions of the institution and take them in a timely manner.
